The short version: right now we only collect your email address, and only if you give it to us. We use it to tell you about Foxed & Fizzy. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime.
Who we are
Foxed & Fizzy ("we," "us") sells blind date with a book kits at foxedandfizzy.com. You can reach us at hello@foxedandfizzy.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join our launch list, plus the date and time you signed up.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes automatically to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use it to identify you.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To let you know when the shop opens.
- To send occasional news about Foxed & Fizzy, such as new kits and restocks.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We use a service provider to run the site, and it handles data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores our email list.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop operating the list.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@foxedandfizzy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Security
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our email list is limited to us. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
Our site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
When we open the shop
Once you can buy from us, we'll also need things like your name, shipping address and order history. Payments will be handled by a payment processor, and we'll never see or store your full card number. We'll update this policy before that happens.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll also let subscribers know by email.
